Chewing Gum Removal

Is Chewing Gum A Problem?

Chewing gum is a problem for lots of commercial facilities like schools, night clubs, bars, hotels, cinema, concert halls, train stations, shopping centres, fast food outlets and a whole lot more.

Traditional gum removal has been completed using high pressure water, eucalyptus oils, ice, solvents and many other forms of chemicals. Thankfully there is now a better solution for fast removal of unwanted chewing gum from both hard floor surfaces and also carpets.

Duplex Cleaning Machines supplies a steam and vacuum chewy remover system that is great for removing gum with minimal time, water and effort. In fact the Duplex chewing gum removal system only takes about 5 seconds to completely remove a piece of gum, it does not require any bending and uses about 3Lt of water per hour.

The system works by using superheated 94% dry steam to soften the gum, a brush agitate the gum off the surface, an injection of specially developed solution to breakdown the gum and a vacuum to completely remove the gum.

Conveyor Belt Cleaning

Duplex Cleaning Machines have just released conveyor belt cleaning systems in Australia. The conveyor cleaners are steam and vacuum systems that hygienically clean and dry conveyors as they still operate. The Conveyor Belt Cleaning System has already drummed up interest in the food production and pharmaceutical industrial where clean conveyors are a high priority.
